Born in Vancouver, Marni was first introduced to cycling in 1997. With a keen interest in mountain biking, Marni soon found a new love for the speed and excitement of road racing. Before joining Symmetrics, Marni raced with the Trek Volkswagen regional team. Marni's successes include 1998 and 2004 Provincial Criterium Champion, 2001 Overall Champion of the BC Cup Road Series, as well as second place finishes in the 2004 National Criterium and 2002 Tour de Gastown Grand Prix.
Marni is a legal assistant with a law firm.
